Nothing, until you type it. The forms on this site ask for your name, a way to reach you (phone or email), and answers about your situation — the loan you're considering, rough timing, what you own. That's the whole list. This site never asks for, and its forms never carry, a Social Security number, date of birth, or account numbers. Those belong to the secure loan application, which happens on EPiQ Lending's systems after we've actually talked.
Form submissions go to me — Drake Khamis — so I can respond. They're stored in my working systems: a private spreadsheet and my customer-relationship software, which may send you the follow-up you asked for. Booking a call runs through Calendly under their privacy policy. If you go forward with a loan, your information moves into EVO Home Loans, LLC dba EPiQ Lending™'s origination systems, which carry their own regulatory protections.
Pages on this site may use the Meta (Facebook) pixel, a small piece of code that tells Meta an ad led to a visit so I know which ads are worth running. It uses cookies and reports events like page views and form starts. You can limit ad tracking in your browser and in your Meta ad preferences.
Your information is not sold. It is not rented, traded, or handed to marketers. It's used to respond to you, to run this site's own advertising, and — if you choose — to start your loan. Nothing else.
